Media packages

Because every listing is unique and requires its own specific solution, and there are SO many potential options, no specific pricing “packages” are listed. After hearing from you, and understanding the specifics for each property, a custom quote will be prepared for you. We work very relationally with our clients; we listen to you to understand your expectations for the listing and then with your guidance determine the appropriate combination of marketing collateral. 

CRE Media Services

People ask me: “What are your rates?” And rates are given before starting a project. But unlike residential media, there are simply too many variables to lock down specific packages. However, based on experience, the list below is given to give some average “ballpark” costs for what these items usually run.

CRE Photography

$300 minimum. Pricing depending on square footage covered in the property.

Other mitigating factors include the ratio of interiors to exteriors, whether or not aerials are included, etc.

NOTE: When it comes to quantity of photos, there is not a specified limit.

Our policy is to shoot what makes sense and is needed to represent the property.

Property walk-thru video

$300-$900 depending on square footage covered in the property.

(Branded video with Intro/Outro & music score. Aerial clips are usually used in the intro & outro. Your logo & contact info in the outro)

Property 60-second Instagram video (Vertical or Horizontal)

$200-$300 depending on square footage and price point of the property.

$500-$1200 depending on square footage coverage

With so many potential options it is impossible to list prices. Graphic design applications include: Offering Memorandums, Property Brochures, Magazine Ads, Display Graphics, Branding…and More. Everything is done on a custom basis.
